Presentation
JM Concept는 아날로그 입력과 출력을 분산시키고 필드 버스를 통해 데이터를 다시 전송하기 위한 인터페이스 시스템을 개발했습니다.
JM컨셉의 아날로그 신호 처리 및 격리 기술을 기반으로 한 원리입니다.
시스템은 완전히 모듈식이고 확장 가능합니다. 입력은 공정 입력뿐만 아니라 전기량, 온도(PT100, CSF가 있는 써모커플, 다른 센서의 출력) 또는 디지털 입력일 수 있습니다. 제한은 없습니다.
이 장치는 핫 플러그가 가능하며 모든 유형의 모듈을 언제든지 제한 없이 추가할 수 있습니다.
모든 측정값은 집광기로 전송됩니다. 각 유형의 필드버스에 맞게 조정된 집광기 모델이 있습니다. PLC가 진화하고 필드버스가 다르다면 집광기를 변경하기만 하면 되며 모든 수집은 동일하게 격리됩니다.

GK3000D1 이중화 원리
아날로그 카드가 장착된 두 개의 PLC(A1 및 A2)는 아날로그 액추에이터를 제어해야 합니다.
PLC가 마스터인 경우 액추에이터는 A1에 의해 제어되어야 하고, 그렇지 않으면 PLC A2가 액추에이터를 제어해야 합니다.
API 모듈의 오류로 인해 장애 조치가 생성됩니다. A1에서 A2로 또는 그 반대로 전환하는 동안 2개의 PLC 중 하나가 오작동하는 동안 A1에서 보낸 TOR1 신호(0V 또는 24V)와 A2에서 보낸 TOR2 신호(0V 또는 24V)로 식별됩니다. 페일오버는 순간적이지 않기 때문에 마지막 활성 값을 일정 시간 동안 유지해야 합니다.

TOR 입력이 1에서 0으로 또는 0에서 1로 변경되면 트랜스미터는 TB 시간 동안 로킹 이전에 취한 마지막 측정을 저장하고 트랜스미터에서 10ms 분해능으로 0에서 1초까지 프로그래밍할 수 있습니다.
두 개의 TOR 입력이 동일한 값(둘 다 1 또는 둘 다 0임)을 가질 때, 트랜스미터는 두 개의 TOR 입력이 서로 다른 값(1 & 0 또는 0 & 1).
로킹 명령이 있는 경우 이전에 설명된 프로세스가 작동합니다.
